Challenge

Amid the 2021 pandemic, we collaborated with LG Electronics to introduce the latest innovative technologies through the CES 2021 online virtual exhibition under the theme "Life is ON - Make yourself @ Home." We operated four online exhibition spaces: Life is ON TV, Virtual Experience, LG SIGNATURE in Vegas, and Life's Good Studio. Our mission was to upgrade the digital exhibition experience from the 2020 IFA virtual show by incorporating differentiated new content and technologies that catered to the evolving digital exhibition landscape. Additionally, we needed to ensure a stable service that allowed users to access and experience the exhibition directly from the web.

Virtual exhibition via PC and mobile

LG Home Appliances online exhibition with four themed areas:

Life is ON TV, Virtual Experience, 

LG SIGNATURE in Vegas, Life's Good Studio

- Provided a web-based experience without requiring downloads 

- Utilized the latest media technologies and innovative content (XR) 

- Created exhibition spaces with clear product introductions and information


Frame Out

We avoided the traditional download approach for virtual exhibitions by adopting WEB GL and Furioos streaming services, creating an upgraded virtual exhibition experience. We integrated XR (extended reality) content and introduced new techniques like virtual docents using 3D avatars of international influencers. This allowed us to create eight exhibition spaces using the latest media technologies. Through ThinQ Home, visitors could customize products and interiors according to their preferences, blending products with surreal spaces and drawing visitor interest by seamlessly transitioning between the two spaces. The application of Furioos streaming services and XR content provided an immersive experience that users could engage with directly from the web.
