Challenge

We needed to create content that would inform a large number of visitors about the new services of the LG OLED AI ThinQ TV. The challenge was to demonstrate the TV's voice recognition capabilities in a noisy exhibition environment, which isn't ideal for actual voice-based services. So we had to develop a system suited to these conditions.

Developed interactive solutions to allow visitors to learn and experience the new LG OLED AI ThinQ TV services.


Frame Out

Considering the exhibition environment and the lifestyle of the visitors, we created a UX-based touch program that allowed selective learning of the services. As visitors interacted with the touch kiosk, the 55” OLED TV simultaneously displayed the corresponding content, enabling them to experience and understand the benefits of the service without the need for additional explanations.
